Returns

You can return items within 14 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at thegrandarchiveab@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your order number.
  • The items you wish to return.

Once your request is confirmed we will send you the return adress and further instructions.

Conditions for Refunds

To qualify for a full refund:

  • Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after the returned items have been received and inspected by us.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that the cost of return shipping is not covered by The Grand Archive AB.

This is to ensure that we are able to offer such competitive prices as we do.

Customs Duties and Other Import Charges on Returns

For returns from countries outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other import charges that may apply. These costs are to be paid by the customer and will not be reimbursed by us.

Warranty & Claims

All products purchased from The Grand Archive AB are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects and faults that can be considered original.

If you wish to make a claim, please contact us at thegrandarchiveab@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the fault.
  • Clear pictures showing the defect.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will contact you with the next steps.

Important: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damages caused after delivery.

We always strive to resolve warranty claims fairly and efficiently, and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

  • Varorna får inte uppvisa tecken på slitage, skador eller ändringar.

Återbetalningar behandlas inom 30 arbetsdagar efter att de returnerade varorna har mottagits och inspekterats av oss.

Kostnader för returfrakt

Observera att kostnaden för returfrakt inte täcks av The Grand Archive AB.

Vid retur från länder utanför EU ansvarar kunden för eventuella tullavgifter, skatter eller andra importkostnader som kan tillkomma. Dessa kostnader betalas av kunden och ersätts inte av oss.

Reklamationsrätt

Alla produkter som köps från The Grand Archive AB omfattas enligt lag av 1 års reklamationsrätt mot ursprungliga fel och tillverkningsfel.
